CANCELLATIONS
Please contact your original selling dealership to process your cancellation. Refunds will be sent from your dealership to your lender, unless your loan has been paid in full. If you would like to begin the process, you may click the link below to download the cancellation request form. In order for us to facilitate your cancellation as quickly as possible, please complete the form and send it to the dealership where you purchased your original vehicle.
If you have questions pertaining to submitting a cancellation, please contact your original selling dealership. If you do not receive a refund from your original selling dealership within 60 days, you may call our Cancellation Department at 1-800-930-4633.
